I would like to thank Charles Brown for coming into Malden and helping our new water master and myself learn how to flush the fire hydrant in town. He was very helpful in helping us locate two hydrants that have been closed for we don't know how long. Now the people on the east side of town have good water flow.....It's not a job, it's an adventure when you come to Malden

All of us at Township 29 Water Association want to say "thank you so much" for your help with the Small Water System Management Plan and with our grant proposal to the Federal government for arsenic filtration and upgrading our pump house. Without your gently nudging at the classes, meeting with us here on Whidbey Island and always being available by phone we may have never realized the urgency to work on this project.
We have been granted $192,000 at 1/2% interest. We have also received the support of our community to move ahead with the project and repayment of the loan. It has been an amazing journey and we initially had no idea where it would take us. We have learned so much about the importance of safe drinking water and coming together as a community to achieve this goal.
You are a huge part of our success and a great asset to the State of Washington.
Thank you, thank you, thank you,

When my water system started getting some bad water reports the State put me in contact with Mr. David Tysz of Evergreen Rural Water of Washington. He helped me tremendously solving my problems. His expertise guided me in installing my chlorination system. Without his help I would have had to shut down my rv park.
Sincerely,

I recently attended an ERWoW class taught by Garrett Yates. I just wanted to let you know that I thought he did a particularly good job of including and engaging everyone in the class, who ranged from large systems like Bremerton and Poulsbo to folks operating a trailer park system. He kept it interesting for everyone.
I also want to thank ERWoW for having relevant water classes in Bremerton, Shelton and other locations on teh peninsula. With the state of traffic these days it's usually not worth it for our personnel to travel to the east side for a one-day class. I am unable to get CEUs for much of the training I need as a water system manager, so I appreciate the classes presented by ERWoW for certification maintenance.
Thanks,
Kathleen Cahall M.P.H.

On behalf of Citizen's Water Association I would like to express our sincere thanks to Catherine "Kitty" Weisman and Evergreen Rural Water for the indispensable assistance provided to our community water system.
Kitty spent many hours explaining and educating us as to the requirements and compliance issues involved with the Department of Health. She was instrumental in developing our Small Water System Management Program and in filing our CCR reports. She has served as our liason not only with DOH but also with the engineering firms brought to work on our reconstruction. Additionally she helped us receive funding from both CDBG grants and the DWSRF loan program.
On behalf of our community please accept our appreciation and the hope that we can work together in the future as we continue to provide safe drinking water for our members.
Sincerely,
Nancy Mettler
