All Group A (15 or more houses or 25 or more people served each year) Community water systems are required to complete a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR). National Rural Water Association (NRWA) developed a template to help small water systems meet the CCR regulation. The Template was updated (March, 2008) to meet changes in the regulations. An updated CCR Template and updated regulations are now available for free downloads. CD-ROMs are available for $20.00 to Members of Evergreen Rural Water and $30.00 to non-members. This fee is as low as possible to pay the costs of CD publications.
All instructions and regulations are only available in HTML; the template is available in HTML, Microsoft Word, and Rich Text file formats.
