The successful candidate must be able to articulate a vision, quickly establish credibility, and provide a sense of direction to bolster Cascade’s ability to achieve its objectives. Being politically astute without being politically involved is also important to the CEO’s success. The preferred candidate will bring excellent internal management skills and a passion for improving internal processes and systems. He/she will have a collaborative management style being approachable, accessible, and a good listener with a “can do” attitude and an appropriate sense of humor.
