Security Vulnerability Self Assessments
All water utilities serving 3,300 people or more are required to complete a Security Vulnerability Assesment by the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002. Smaller systems and wastewater systems are encouraged to complete an assessment.
