Technical Assistance
Evergreen Rural Water of Washington's Training and Technical Assistance Program is a grassroots effort that assists systems in solving compliance problems. This service provides rural water and wastewater system operators and managers with formal classroom instruction and with follow-up on-site technical assistance on Safe Drinking Water Act compliance issues, public health protection (as it relates to drinking water), managerial issues, financial issues and operational issues.
Our technical assistance is available thanks to grants from the US Environmental Protection Agency, Washington State Department of Health, and USDA Rural Development. These grants allow us to provide water and wastewater utilities five different technical assistance programs.

Water System Technical Assistance
On-site technical assistance is provided to small drinking water systems through ERWoW's Circuit Rider Program. Training and assistance is given in the areas of management and operation and maintenance of water systems.
Through this program, ERWoW helps systems evaluate and eliminate potential health and environmental problems. In addition, ERWoW facilitates networking between Washington's rural systems in an effort to disseminate information on successful O & M techniques.
If you would like a circuit rider to come and give you a hand at your system or if you just have a question you would like answered, please contact one of our circuit riders below.
