Backflow Assembly Tester 3 day Exam Review
Evergreen Rural Water’s BAT exam review prepares the attendee for the State BAT exam. Chemical Feed - Chlorination
This class put on by USABluebook will teach the operator how to choose the correct pump for the application, know when the pump is operating correctly, know how to set the pump to ensure proper dosage, and be able to troubleshoot and repair some of the common problems that occur, this will ensure against over/under dosing of chemicals.

Introduction to Water Rights / Watershed Planning & In-Stream Flows
Water systems must understand their water rights to properly operate and manage their water system. Water rights dictate how much water the system can withdraw on a daily and annual basis, and provide an important context for conservation, wellhead and source water protection, and emergency planning and response. This class will cover basic water law, as well as how water rights relate to the Municipal Water Law and Water Use Efficiency Rule, in-stream flows and watershed planning. Interpreting Utility Maps & Drawings
The purpose of maps and drawings used by utility systems is to facilitate location, operation and maintenance of portions of infrastructure. Water Use Efficiency Basics / WUE Supply Characteristics & Reporting
This is two 3 hour classes that can be combined for a full days worth of training.
The first half of the day will review the basic requirements of the Water Use Efficiency (WUE) Rule. The second half of the day is a separate class. It will cover requirements of the WUE Rule for the water operator in regards to setting goals. You will acquire the knowledge on how to use water characteristics and measures to achieve optimal conservation with the WUE Rule.
