Public Works Operations and Maintenance do not stop even in a pandemic or during natural calamities or emergencies. There are established rules about the upkeep of the operations during any major events. This class covers normal disruptive events, plus deals with bigger showstoppers like the pandemic. The citizen and intra-organization interactions also become important as people may not meet physically due to the nature of the event. We will discuss business continuity and operations in an adaptive hybrid mode with a mix of online and in-person where what makes sense. The attendees will come out with a clear idea on how to deal such events in the future and operate in the new normal.
