2025 Annual Conference Exhibitor Information

Our 2025 Annual Conference is scheduled for February 11-13, 2025 at the Tulalip Resort Casino. The Exhibit Hall days will be February 11 and 12.  Each booth comes with electricity, chairs and a table. You will be able to pick your booth upon registration.

Costs; ERWoW Members $600/ Non members $900
*After January 17, 2025 the rate goes up $50.


Room Block: We have a room block at the Tulalip Resort Casino of $135 per nigh plus taxes and fees. You can call The Tulalip Resort at 360-716-7162 and identify yourself as being with "Evergreen Rural Water of WA Conference" You can also register online at www.tulalipresort.com

6:00am-11:00am
Exhibitors, your name badge and packet information will be on your booth. Booth numbers should have been sent out prior to the conference. If you do not know your number please go to the registration desk.

NO HOST/ MEET & GREET- EXHIBIT HALL
4:20 pm – 6:00 pm

EQUIPMENT AND ELECTRICAL
Electrical hook up will be available to all booths as requested. WI-FI will be available. Please notify the Tulalip Resort for convention needs, prior to arrival.



Would you also like to present?
We are  looking for presentations at our Annual Conference. Many exhibitors experience a higher volume of attendance at their booth after doing a presentation on a topic. We are looking for presentations from 1-3 hours in Water Distribution, Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment and Utility Management. We ask that you teach the principle and not provide a commercial for a specific product (no sales presentations).
