Exhibitors

Contract Terms & Conditions:

1. Exhibitor shall set up the booth or exhibit space (booth) during the allotted times prior to the start of the tradeshow. Exhibitor shall maintain the booth until after morning break on Wednesday August 26, 2026 at 11am. 
2. Exhibitor and its officers, employees, and agents shall relase, indemnify and hold harmless: ERWoW and it's employees, invitees, volunteers, and agents and the owner of the trade show venue and its officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, injuries, damages, losses or suits, including attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from the acts, errors or omissions of Exhibitor at or in connection with the tradeshow.
3. If exhibitor desires to cancel a booth contracted for under this contract, the refund policy shall be as follows: Refund of registration fee minus $50 if cancelled by August 3, 2026. No refunds after August 3, 2026. 

• Deliveries of packages or other items should arrive no more than 48 hours prior to conference start dates. 
• All packages should be properly marekd with troup name and contact, conference name, conference dates and number of boxes.
• Call tags must be issued for all material to be shipped back.

• Yakima Convention Center agrees to normal and reasonable deliveries of packages or of other items.
