Room Block Information:

Tulalip Resort: We have a room block at the Tulalip Resort for the room rate of $149 per night plus taxes and fees. You can make your reservation by calling the Hotel's Reservations Department at 866-716-7162. And mention that you are affiliated with Evergreen Rural Water of WA to receive the group rate. Room block rate ends January 11, 2027.

EQUIPMENT AND ELECTRICAL
Electrical hook up will be available to all booths as requested. WI-FI will be available. Please notify the Casino for convention needs, prior to arrival.

Contract Terms & Conditions:

Exhibitor shall set up the booth or exhibit space (booth) during the allotted times prior to the start of the tradeshow. Exhibitor shall maintain the booth until after morning break on Wednesday February 10, 2027 at 11am.
Exhibitor and its officers, employees, and agents shall relase, indemnify and hold harmless: ERWoW and it's employees, invitees, volunteers, and agents and the owner of the trade show venue and its officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, injuries, damages, losses or suits, including attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from the acts, errors or omissions of Exhibitor at or in connection with the tradeshow.
If exhibitor desires to cancel a booth contracted for under this contract, the refund policy shall be as follows: Refund of registration fee minus $50 if cancelled by January 15, 2027. No refunds after January 15, 2027.

MEMBERS PLEASE LOG IN TO RECEIVE THE MEMBER DISCOUNT

Shipping and Receiving:

There is an Inbound Package Handling Fee. Boxes up to 50 lbs are $20. Boxes up to 100 pounds are $30. Crates are $100. Pallets are $200. The hotel does not provide drayage or materials handling services and assumes no responsiblity for such services. Materials may arrive no learlier than 3 business days rior to the start date. All shipments must be clearly labeled wih the function name, event date, assigned function room and the Conference Services Rep's name.
